can u get atlantic bird signal if you live in maryland

can u get atlanticbird3 if you live in maryland
and does atlantic bird recieves the signal from arabsat and nilesat from the middle east and beam it back to the us

you can get Atlantic Bird c band in Mrayland.
The arab Station on Telstar 5 come through cable from paris(Globecast)
