Fortec Star FC90U Mounting hardware galvanized?

:?: Is the yellowish-steel mounting hardware that comes with the FC90U rust protected in any way (galvanized?). If not, do you recommend painting the bolt heads that go through the reflector to prevent rusting and subsequent streaking?

Go to the hardware store and buy the stainless steel hardware. My
Fortec Star metal parts started to rust after the first rain we had.
