Splitters DC pass

The HFS-21 splitters for LNBs provide a signal only for the DC pass side of the splitter. I'm attempting to use them with my analog C/Ku receiver and my Fortec DVB. Whichever receiver "sees" the LNB through the DC pass side receives a signal; on the other side it does not.

Make sure your LNBF power is on or V/H on your Fortec receiver. See the diagram here http://sadoun.com/Sat/Products/Acces.../Bud-slave.htm

Apparently a signal srength problem. Fine tuning the antenna provided for the switch to work, but the Ku LNB still doesn't make it through the splitter. Connected directly to the DVB it functions. More tuning is in order.
