Adding analog receiver

I have a Fortec Ultra installed with a Stab HH motor driven 36"
offset dish that I purchased from Sadoun.

I just purchased a used VideoCipherII plus receiver
from ebayand should be receiving it shortly.

My question is, can I piggyback the new analog
reciever off of the Ultra? Do I use the same Universal LNBF?
Can I use the Ultra to point the dish and the VCII to receive
the analog and FTA VCII channels?

Thanks for any Help!

Yes, it will work except the Ultra will control the polarity as well as moving.
In other words, if you want to view a VCII that is V polarity, then you must have the Ultra on a V transponder. You don't need an active channel, I used to just leave it in the antenna setup menu and leave it on a transponder with the polarity I wanted.
