wejonges or kat!!!please help me again

It has been pasted a week struggling with my dish
As wejonges' recommendation, I am trying to aim G10R
Now I got 81% signal but no quality
It looks like elevation, azimuth and other installation factor properly installed
My TP setting was TARBS World TV (TP11) Freq 11920 28066 3/4
Here is my question
1. Am I aiming correct satellite : I move dish east and west a little bit I could not get signal anymore than 70% near by current dish position
I think I am aiming correct satellite (G10R)

2. Is coxial cable ok? Since I got 81% signal I think I don't need to change coxial cable

3. How I can get the quality?
Is it possible eventhough the signal is blow 80% I can get quality?

Please help me! I am almost give up
Thanks

What kind of receiver and dish (and LNB) do you have again? You need to set the parameters correctly.

1. Make sure you set the correct LO accordingly to the type of lnbf you have.
2. Make sure you set the skew correctly.
3. In addition to moving the dish East/West, you need to adjust the dish elevation as well.

Double check the skew. Remember, the azimuth you get from online calculator does not include magnetic deviation. Check out the link below for more info on magnetic deviation:

Beside turning the dish East/West, you need to adjust the elevation as well.
