Setting up the LNB in the receiver for Telstar 5

I picked up a receiver from a friend without much information
and thought I could configure it for Telstar 5. I am using the
Fortec Star Universal FSKU-v LNB from Sodoun with a diseqc switch,
port A.

In the receiver's LNB screen, I set the LNB type to Universal,
Frequency Range 9750 - 10600,
12V none,

But when I set the 22khz to ON, it forces the LNB
type to normal. Does this mean I cannot use an Universal
LNB with this receiver.

Any ideas or thoughts? Very much appreciated...

I talked to the guy I got it from and he said to turn off the 22khz that it wasnt needed with a universal LNB. I think it may
be a fortec lifetime, not sure.
Thanks for the help.
