Elevation on HOT DISH 75 and FS-I Motorized System

This is my first FSS KU install. I've done several Dish Network installs. On the HotDISH75 are elevation marking suppose to be aligned with the leading edge of the adjustment nut, middle of bolt, trailing edge (furthest from dish) or somewhere else?

If I am successful with this install for Telstar 5, I intend to buy a motorized system to pick up other programming. Is the FS-I a good system and good value?

If there are no markings on the elevation (such as a red line or other such indicator) then generally you use the middle of the nut as a reference.
