Need installation help !!!!!!

I just bought the Pansat 2300A satellite system with standard LNBF but can not fine tune the signal. Please help !!!!
I am located in Houston, Texas 77083, try to set up for T5 KU sat and my current antenna set up below.

LNB type Standard
LNB local Freq 10750
22 KHZ OFF
Disqc OFF
Skew -45
TP 11898
Position setting USALS
Level 99%
Quality 0%

The dish aiming at 183.2 Azimuth, 55.4 elevation, Polarization 2.8
After spending 2 days to align the dish but still no signal. Please help me to set this up.

I think you need to be about 177 compass degrees (subtract approx 6 for your magnetic deviation)

I'm not familiar with the Pansat unit.
What is "skew" for in the settings? If you are moving the dish side to side/up down, you should be moving the LNB to set the skew there, and just a tad at that. For the most part is should be straight with 2.8 value.

Also, are you are using a motor? As far as I know, USALS is for setting the motor to a satellite.

11898 should be active transponder.

Other than that your settings seem OK.

Maybe suggest to try another satellite?

Elevation could be an issue. Try to fix the dish to the az you want, adjust ele step by step.
