What makes you think the quality of this dish is poor, and needs replacing?

But that doesn't make the dish "BAD QUALITY". If it is dented, it is called "DAMAGED". Besides, if the dent is on the edge and does not warp the dish, it is not going to affect the performance of the dish. If your dish is damaged because it fell on the ground, check to make sure it did not get warpped.

I heard from an installer that the Fortec Star dishes are some of the best performing dishes around. He was talking about easiness of installation, and better signal gain compared to the Winegard.

Is that a 90 or 80cm dish?

Yes it' easy to install, but I didn't have any chance to compare it to any other 90 cm dish. I got more signal from it when I started using the sg 2100 motor. I had a 75 cm channel master dish before and the signal quality was 10% to 15 % lower than the Fortec Star.
