bad signal quality

I have an old samsung receiver and a 30 inch dish. The signal quality is low and it will get worse at night. Someone had suggested that I should replace the LNBF because mine could be old. So, I did. I got the Skyvista duel output and the problem id the same. Anyone has a suggestion or know what the problem is? I live in Orlando, Florida, in case this makes a difference.
