Satworks question st3618.

Hi I have a Satworks ST3618.

It has the Version 6.0 the problem is It can not get hold of SOTEL 11 on satmex 116w, Only thing that I get is the other chanel close to it, anybody knows how to fix it.

I have had the same problem a couple of times, usually putting the information in manually will pull in the station
