Twinhan/TSREADER help

Anyone out there who uses a Twinhan PCI card with TSREADER?
If so, I've been having problems with several transponders, and I'd appreciate someone trying them to see if it's my system or a problem with the Twinhan or TSREADER.

There are several transponders that give me problems, but 2 of them are on AMC-4 Ku band.

One is 11970V / 4000
I can lock on the transponder fine, however if I go into IP/DVB mode in TSREADER, and click on PID# 1000 (dec) TSREADER crashes. If I use the Twinhan VisionData program, again, I can lock the signal, but nothing happens when I try to load PID#1000. If I bring up the transponder with my Broadlogic receiver, PID #1000 works fine, and looks like a bunch of internet type data.

Same thing with transponder 12120H /30000 .
This transponder locks fine, and has several video channels that work fine. However there is a DATA PID, which is PID#999 , and if I go into IP/DVB mode to try to look at it, TSREADER crashes. With this one, both VisionData and the Broadlogic control app work fine, and show that the signal is a bunch of UDP data going to many dozens of addresses.

I have no idea of what either of these signals, and several other signals are, but it disturbs me that they cause TSREADER to crash. I'm starting to think that there may be something wrong with my Twinhan card, which is why I'd appreciate it if someone else could try these signals to see if it works for them.
Thanks.
