I just purchase the PVDTV3X4 Multi-switch and have two RCA Direct-TV receivers. The weird thing is that the newer of the two receivers only works with the sat connected to the 18v but the older one says searching for sat>. If I switch over to the 13v connection the older one works but the newer says searching for sat.
I'm not sure how you hooked this thing up but from what you say it sounds wrong. The cables from the dual output LNB go to the 13 and 18 volt inputs on the multiswitch. The receivers are connected (up to 4) to the outputs.
