dish setup

hi can someone give me the dish angles foe a fortec dish and a bec 1000 receiver i have a motech motor attached to the dish , what are my settings for the dish angle , compared to the elevation angle of the motor, i have tried everything to try to get a signal. on t 5 i live in avon ohio my zip is 44011 i have a samsung lnb im guessing its a lnbf... thanks for any info ,,ps when setting up the i put it on tp 1 t5 do i need to put in some sort of frequency,,, dazed and confused
