Confused by SatcoDX

Why does Satcodx list Sat AMC-1 at 257 degrees and Sat Gorizont 31 at 103 degrees? They also tell me my azimuth is 140 degrees for AMC-1.

Lyngsat lists AMC-1 at 103 degrees and nothing for Gorizont 31.
Lyngsat lists my azimuth at 220 degrees.

I'm trying to find Detushe Wella which used to be on channel 22 on W1 on my HTS 4 remote, which came in as GE-1.
Channel went from analog to digital, hence I bought the Fortec Star as a replacement.

As I understand it, GE-1 is the same as AMC-1.

I am new to the hobby.

Could anyone assist me with this. Thanks in advance. Namner

Hi namner,
It just depends on which direction around the world you count your degrees. You will notice that 257+103=360 Also 140+220=360. 360 is a full circle.
