Dishnet 301 prepaid w/dish 500 ant installation problem

I'm having a problem with a new install. the only sat i can get is 110w and i am getting that on the 119 side of the quad lnbf only. I have tried most of the rec. outputs. I have done multiple switch cks. When i have locked on to 110w the switch ck shows 110 on 1 & 2 and Xs on 3 and 4. I cannot find 119w sat at all. I have tried locking on to 110w, then disconnected cable, run switch ck, moved ant up and west then reinstalling cable. cannot get 110w on 110w side of quad and cannot find 119w at all. Am i missing something simple in switching or do i have a bad lnbf?

Never mind. One of my neighbors spruce trees must be right on the edge of 119 AZ. I moved dish to a better location and all is well.
