aligment problems

This is my problem! I have a SG 2100 motor and a Winegard DS2076 dish. I believe I have the motor and the dish at true south. Non magnetic 188 degrees, 180 magnetic my lattude is 41.15559 and longitude is 81.4862 with a declination angle at 29 degrees. For my area it should be 43 degrees. When I goto 43 degrees I get no signal. At 29 degrees I can receive G 25 with a good signal and quality. Then I move to the west and get AMC4 with a good signal and quality also GO 123 with a good signal and quality but that is it. No other Satellites. Nothing to the east. It seem that I am missing the arc. I have two fixed dishes and they hit the Satellites on the arc ok. Some experts say that dish will not work with that motor. Is this true? I have watched the alignment video many times and tryed the detailed instructions. I have tryed using USALS and the DiSEqC. Try to align with the USALS and even with adjustments can not hit G 25 at 97 degrees which is my highest Satellite on the arc. With DiSEqC I can hit G 25 at 97 degrees. I had C & KU band on a 8 ft dish Big Dish for many years and had no probles. Can anybody help. Thanks JVTech
