Problems with HH90 setup

I purchased HH90, 90U, QPH031 to be hook to Coolsat 4000. I followed all instructions but I get on receiver level bar 75% and quality 5%. My location is 34.2 N, 118.3 W. My settings true south 165, motor elv 34, dish 39.5
What are the LNB settings on the receiver (single, universal, legacy quad lnb1) power (off or on) 22KHZ (off or on) Frq?. Can I use the DISqc switch (4x1) to get circular signal also?

what sat are you trying to get. lnb power on standard lnb 10750.

this is a linear sat so set your lnb to 10750 standard.
