Limite con DG 280

Tengo un problema con mi motor DG 280. Solamente gira hacia el oeste hasta Anik F3 118.6 y no puede retroceder. Lo mismo pasa hacia el este hacia hispasat 30. La antena mide 120 centimetros que segun las especificaciones el motor la puede mover porque pesa menos de 31 libras. Le borre los limites pero tampoco me funciono. Mi latitud es 18.1 norte y -66.2 oeste. True south es 192.6. Elevacion del plato 32.
Alguna sugerencia para resolver mi problema?

Ami me paso lo mismo. Creo que el problema esta en el tipo de antena.
Mi antena es de 100. y tampoco la puede levantar. Un amigo me regalo un plato de 1,2, y mirando el montajen esta tiene el punto de conexion casi pegado al plato, eliminando la palanca ejercida por el motor a mas de la mitad. Si ademas tratas de usar on LNB de banda C/KU tienes que añadir mas de 1 KG que pesa el LNB, con la palanca consiguiente devido a la distancia del LNB con el brazo del motor.

Observé la antena cuando giraba hasta el limite y me percaté que cuando el motor llegaba hasta el limite las tuercas que soportan el motor a la antena se aflojaban por la curvatura que tiene el brazo del motor. Apreté las tuercas hasta el final y resolví el problema. Gracias Culebras. Nadie mas en el foro me ofreció ayuda.
