Stationary-with a Dish-1000 as a second dish

Hello:
I just ordered the Fortec Dynamic Motorized system (scheduled to arrive today) and am having a local installer come out Thursday..While I plan at this point staying with the motorized system, I have a Dish 1000 pointed at 110-119-129 already, which is not connected..My thought..Would it be possible to just place the new Fortec 36" dish in the opposite direction of the E* dish and come close to getting most of the major birds using the supplied LNBF?

I am sorry if this sounds like a dumb question..The installer almost didnt want to come out because he thought it might be an all day job..Been trying to get some skew info and whatnot..If he corrrectly aims the dish and connects everthing, I should be able to program the receiver at my end, correct?
