    HH100 and 36" fortec dish

Reading the specs on the HH100, it takes a dish that has a 2" bracket. I don't have that on my 36" dish. I have the normal 1 5/8" bracket (the 90cm P dish).

Can I use that dish with the HH100 as is or do I need the "U" bracket too?

Now to check to verify it will work with the way my roof is set up

You will need the U-Bolt bracket. The P-bracket will not fit on the HH100 or HH120 shafts.

    Hello,

Do I need the U-Bolt bracket with Sata Radar R90 dish?
Sorry for the fleabay link, but I couldn't find better reference page.

Also Is the U-Bolt bracket only needed with HH100/HH120 motors, is it needed with HH90?

    Thanks so much.

and it woudln't work on my roof setup due to the low elevation to begin with (being at 45N has disadvantages). I got the T90 instead

I didn't want to open a new topic, since my question was related to original question ;-). Iceberg are you happy with HH100? There is lots of people unhappy with HH90, looking at the specs I would think Stab is inferior and it is build to last. I live in Ottawa, Canada, as a result I thought Stab is better solution for me since it uses metal parts inside...
However I'm still debating, perhaps SG2100 would do the job too......

too many choices, all I want is a decent motor that will be able to drive 36" steel dish with invacom lnb.

    Please advise

    TIA

Thanks, I guess I'll need U-bolt bracket for it. Do you think HH90 would do it, or it would be pushing it?
