HH120 has play 5 degrees & loss signal in high winds

My HH120 seems to have a lot of play of about 5 degrees or more when you move the dish. I have a 39" dish unit is anchored and perfectly plumb, almost without fail the dish signal is lost or get stuck within the play and the signal is lost, especially after high winds with the USAL in use. Is something wrong with the unit internal parts.
