Power inserter

Hello all. I’m new to the motor set up. I had to run 200ft of RG11 (from cable co.) in order to have a 30” fortec dish with HH90 motor. Wife did not want dish too close to the house. I have Twinhan vp1020a running MT. The problem is some times the motor will move and times it will not. Can I use a 12v dc power inserter to make up for the long run?
