HH90 troube

I have an HH90 installed on a 33"Fortec to a Pansat 2700. When I go to 119 the antenna will move to it okay. When I want a chan on 110 the antenna will move to 110 for a few seconds and then it goes back to 119. I noticed that after it was installed (by a so-called pro) the position numbers had changed from NULL to various numbers. If this is the problem, how do you get them back to NULL?
