Which Satellite?

I am installing my Stab HH100 motor. I have a circular polarization LNB.
I am trying to find Dishnetwork at 61.5 W (for GLOBO) but I found a satellite with the following channels:
1 Angel
2 TVU
3 Guard
4 Faith
5 SCTBN
.
.
.
25 RTPI
.
.
.30 SPT
etc
My Pansat identifies it as Echo 3/Ku, but I believe it is not Echo 3. It may be Rainbow 1 at the same loaction 61.5W. How do I get Echo 3?
