Hi, how r u all?
my name is rene and i'm in maryland usa, i got a coolsat 4000 pro with a 36" dish with stab rotor, my problem is:
a got an instalation of 200 feet long from the dish to the tv and i'm not get electricity for the rotor, the rotor it doesn't move, but when i test closer everything work well, i already tried to use a line amplifier but nothing happen.

if you know what can i do with it i'll be appreciate it.

Hello Rene.

If it works closer with a different cable, then probably the ends of the cable are not installed right or the cable itself is bad. Do you know how to cut the ends and install new ends?
