stab HH90 not working , seems no power to motor ????

well gave my nightmare another go . did all the steps according to manual(s) , threads from sites , all the chit . no works . i'm still not getting a signal with my *choice 76cm with circular lnbf . checked all my conections , lnbf to motor lnbf side , motor coaxial to receiver . no problems , no nothing , has 13.9v ++ and the same line hooks back to my stationary dish and works great . tryed to move motorized dish while set up to receiver(s) and nothing changes , could be a dud motor , any suggestions on how i can test with direct power ?

Great question. I have never seen it come up before.
My only guess since it is a elaborate protocol would be a 2nd 'cheap' receiver.
