Have you tried going through all the instructions at Sadoun's website? You need to be a little specific about the nature of your problem. No signal? Motor doesn't move? etc?

Im getting about 65 on the signal and nothing on the quality. Im sure its "plumb" also.

sorry basically I need a good walk through. MY lat is 38.8, so thats what im putting my motor on? and my lon is 104 so my southernmost sat would be 103 or 105?

also how do I connect the disecq switch. I had one coax from the "reciever" slot on the disecq to the "lnb" slot on the motor. I had one running from the "rec" slot on the motor directly to the reciever. A coax from the first "c" slot on the ivancom to "port 1" on the disecq and then the first "L" slot to port 2

If you are getting 65% signal and no quality, it means you are on a satellite, but not the right TP frequency.

What you need to do right now is a blind scan. Get a piece of paper out and copy down all the transponders that it is picking up and compare it to lyngsat.com. Do this will tell you what satellite your dish is aiming at.

Make sure you have the correct frequency for the LNB.
In this case the QPH-031 on linear operates on 10750.
Make sure the LNB is set for 0° SKEW.

Try your system without the switch in-line first, just to eliminate any problem with the switch.
Remember to turn off receiver and unplug the coax from receiver, to prevent any harm to LNB and switch..............

This is how I did mine.....Make sure your receiver is set properly, I don't know yours....set latitude degrees on motor bracket and leave it there.
Set your dish elevation accordingly. Make sure you have an active transponder (Lyngsat.com) on your most south sat. Or set dish motor to "0" and true south, if the true south sat. has no active transponder move dish with receiver to the next closest sat. with active transponder. Loosen the bolts on the bracket holding the motor to the mast just enought to move the whole assembly. Now move it ever so slowly (1/8") in either direction until you get reception, signal, quality, or picture.....if you get nothing move the dish elevation (mine ended up 2 degrees lower) up or down a degree and try it again. Repeat repeat.
Hopefully you can have your TV and receiver at the dish.
It took a lot of trial and error but be patient.
Jim

If you have a Invacom LNB, then you need to change your LNB type on your reciever to "UNI" instead of Single

The first thing you don't have to worry about is the signal strenght;
Yes 65% is OK, that can be defined as a lot of things, but for your installation is not relevant.
NOBODY goes by the signal strenght for digital satellite installations.
You can even point the dish to the ground and you will get signal strenght
You have to FOCUS your attention into signal quality.
Make sure you have the correct frequency set for the LNB, it appears that you have it correct.
You need to set your receiver to a known working transponder otherwise your efforts are futile.
If you don't have a motor then you have to set SKEW with the LNB otherwise you get no quality.
You have to use a signal meter.
Don't you ever expect to get kicking signals like DirectTV or Dish, on linear is a whole different world.
When you look at the sky think logically as in drawing an imaginary arc in the sky where your highest satellite is your true south and that being your starting point to go east or west.

The Invacom QPF and QPH LNB's are not repeat NOT a universal lnb but a standard lnb with linear frequency as 10750 and circular as 11250 so set you receiver to lnb type standard/single and the right frequency, if you use the UNIVERSAL setting the frequency's are going to be all wrong.
