Hi, I live in Woodbridge, Virginia 22191, I was wondering if anyone knows how to find Telstar 12 at 15.0°W. Frequencies & Symbolo

what does 15degrees mean, 15 from the north pole? if I look north do I turn 15degrees to the right? or to the left?
