"Ohio State is hosting a Renewable Energy Workshop from 9:30 a.m.-3:30
p.m. Wednesday (11/12) at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development
Center in Wooster. Wind power, solar power, pellet stoves, biodiesel,
anaerobic digestion, geothermal heat pumps, energy conservation, and
corn and cellulosic ethanol will be among the topics. Speakers include
Ohio State scientists and Ohio renewable energy experts."

It was excellent. We had 5 people there. The presentations were great. Did you go there?
Let me know if there are other seminars/workshops worth going to. I am interested in more hands-on installation training.
I wasn't there. I couldn't justify the taking the day off work for it.
Hopefully more local events will happen in the future.
