You need to realign your dish to Telstar 5 and scan the following transponder:
TP 7
11,867 MHz
VERTICAL
22,000 symbol rate
here is a link to HRT: ---> http://www.hrt.hr/htv/

1) Yes - you must physically change the dish orientation
2) No - Hotbird does not cover North America

HRT
HRT (Picture of croatia or whatever they call it) is still free-to-air.

It's not up to globsat to scramble channels! is the channels themselves.
The arab channels never scrambled because most come from very rich countries and also some goverment care about their citizens abroad and want to keep informed about what's going in their home lands..
Also because there are many arab countries with satellites channels, they compete to get more audience and get their message through.

that's the difference between capitlist countries and none capitalistes.
Some careabout making money and some care about their citizens's needs abroad. Take the example of Dubai; they offer a general channel, the Buisness channel and the Sports channel. Also the Dubai channels have a world coverage:

Only the governments are rich and the countries are rich with natural resources. The people, most of them, are poor and unemployed. The Arab governments and rich elite have more than $800 billion invested outside of their own countries in USA and Western Europe. For these governments to spend $30-50K per month to have an FTA station on T5 is pocket change.

Lol pocket change. Thanks Mr. Sadoun.. BTW do you know what is the future of Tarbs on G10R? I know that Pink Plus will be scrambled on T5 on Dec 12 but Tarbs sends out messages on its channels saying that it will continue to provide us with richer content and that there is not need to change satellite equipment/positions. My inference is that obviously if Pink Plus is scrambled on T5 then hell no would't it be FTA in the same geographical location. But hopefully Tarbs can prove me wrong.
