HI I’m newbie in all this and I’m living in Canada. I hade DirecTV before since doesn’t work for free I’m interesting to buy satellite receiver that I can receive free channels from Europe and Ex Yu that can be decoded by receiver itself . What are you guys suggest which receiver is the best today for decoding and opening most of or all channels from satellite that receive channels from Europe and Ex Yu ? !! Where I can buy that kind of receiver here in Canada? Is there any receiver that can open all channels by itself from Dish Network?

What you are suggesting/implying is illegal. Please read the rules.

As for exYu channels, as of right now there are only 3 available in North America. They are all on IA5(former Telstar 5) and distributed by GLobecast. BKTV and PinkPlus are only available through subscription from Globecast http://www.globecastwtv.com/ . The third one Pictures of Croatia is free and can be viewed by any free to air receiver.

Few months ago RTS and BN were available on G10R and they were free to air at the time. They are long gone now since the company that distributed them went bankrupt. There is no indication when(if ever) they a coming back and if they will be free when they come back.
