One should not take this in negative way. We know these Tarbs channels are never meant to be FTA in the begining. We should be glad to have them FTA from many months. There are still plenty out there. How about RPTi move from Pas9, C-band to AMC4 Ku...:-)
Right on time for Euro 2004 if one can understand Portalguee.
New ethnic channels are joining T5. Locals pop up once in a while....Plus wild feeds (news, sports, special event).

I agree with you about the low quality of these Tarbs channels, but people has paid for Pay TV on the net, which the quality is much worser. If you are in the situation of one of the Tarbs channels is your native language channnel which is only available on Tarbs, then you won't have any other choices. The quality is no way up to DVD or DishNetwork/DirectTV, but still not bad compare to the on-line pay TV.

No, that was only for viewers in America, sorry.
Tarbs assets will be sold, which include its ethnic pay-TV programming rights. Maybe GlobeCast in Australia will purchase these rights, http://www.globecastaustralia.com/dth/index.htm
