pink plus, etc.

I tried everithing I can by using users manual and instalation suport web-site to reach signal from galaxy 10, but there is no Pink plus
I,m using fortec star DVB-786V3 receiver and single KU-band with 36'' dish .I will greatly thanks for litlle advice.

What type is your ku lnbf? Standard or Universal. Check the LO to make it it set correct.
Did you set the skew correctly?
