Any Service Centers for Channel Master 1009?

I bought my first Channel master 1009 meter about two years ago from Sadoun on the ebay site. Within less then a year is would not come out of charging mode. Contacted Sadoun about it and was told to send it back too Channel Master. So I sent it to Channel Master and it took them a month to send me a new one.

Now less then a year the new one won't even take a charge! Now to my surprise I call up Channel Master and they stop selling, replacing and servicing them. I need to find someone in the USA that can fix these, else it will be the biggest wasted of time and money spend.
