i have a birdog meter V2.50 , when trying to load a configured file from birdog.tv i get an error msg," echored characters does not match" does anyone know how to fix this problem? help!

I got similar meter but the error is "ACK not Received" and shuts down automatically, every time this happen I have to wait for a while and then charge the batteries again, need some advise here also......
