I don't know the meter but I do know something about what you are looking at 10750 is the lnb frequency 10600,10750 are linear signals 4650,9600 are
C band signals need a 8 foot or bigger dish for this and a C band lnb. Linear signals 10600,10750 usaully need a 30 inch or bigger dish to receive signal. Now on to 11250 lnb which is a cirulier lnb which is for DN 110W and 119W and BEV 82Wand 91W with transponders 12224 and 12239. The dish people use KU signal for there programing and 11250 lnb frequency so if you are using a 18 inch or a 20 inch dish make sure you are using a circlulier lnb and a freq. of 11250 to get these signals if you want free to air you won't get much if you go to 30+ dish you can use a linear lnb 10600,10750 frequency to get free to air programing from 123W Galaxy 10R satelite make sure of what lnb you have to see what it will receive even universal lnb are not all the same some won't go above some frequencys hope this helps a little Griffy
