signal meter for the caribbean

hi. my name is olivier , and i'm a newbie in the sadoun forum :
- ma question is , i'm searching for a good satmeter that will work for dish , dtv and the european tv .
- i saw some good meter brand like birdog 3.0 and maxpeack and sathawk , i could afford any one of them that will give me some good satisfaction , in the caribbean .
i have 1 dish 1.2 m andrew on 118/119 with a dual lnbf , soon i'm going to order a second dish by andrew for 110 ; i also both a supervision acutrac 22 mk2 pro satmeter but the battery life is 30 min and all installation have to be made with the receiver close to me for power .
-my second problem is y can i order on sadoun with my credit card on the phone line because somebody telling me they doesn't ship to the caribbean , that one but i have and american adress in miami , (four star cargo ) ; i'm paying for every year and i'm placing orders in order sat shop like cyberstore and satpro with no problem that a shame for a big shop like sadoun .

ps :for the meter my choice is going for maxpeak because they are german expect but any choice from the expert is good to hear thanks you

I am trying to get DTV on Saba.
Do you know if the Directv signal can obtained on SXM or Saba?
Trying to get DTV 101 sat. and not having much luck, but using inexperianced third party as I am not there to do it myself.
