Unhappy Sathawk 4000 Problem's

i Just Purchased The New Sathawk 4000 ,,and I Was Disappointed After Downloading The New Data V1.6

1 The Lnb Tester Doesn't Work With All Lnb's I Used Like Dp, Legacy, Ku Std ,ku Univ They All Failed .

2 Can't Get Signal From Galaxy 25 And 26

3 The Meter Volume Is Toooooooooo Low , The Older Sathawk Or Signaloc-pro It Has A Loud Beep.

i Wonder If This Issues Can Be Fixed
pls Let Me Know So I Can Return It Back

thanks

The LNBF test works when you have a dish already aligned to the correct satellite. Then you can test the LNBF.

Check your LNBF type (STD or Universal) and then use the correct setting for G25.
