PLEASE! Offer Us a Choice of Shipping Carriers!!!

My orders keep coming Fed Ex ground - Home delivery. They SUCK. It takes me forevever to get my Sadoun.com shipments. The first order I had to go pick up because they missed me and could not return for a week for a second delivery attempt (actually I stayed home the next day as they said they would return then never showed). I live in the San Francisco Bay area and that is ludicrous.

My second order was due today, so I made sure the wife was home to receive and they never showed. I requested UPS shipment with no signature required but was ignored. The order was shipped Fed Ex Home delivery.

My recomendation is to have a carrier choice! I'm sick and tired of Fed Ex.

Please resolve this as I like your prices, install info and forum but Fed EX home delivery is driving me crazy and I will not deal with them again. Last Straw!

Thank you for your message. We require signature because we had incedents when a customer was not available to receive package. Package was left outside at the front door and was stolen. So customer complained to us that he never received package. Thus we require signature to make sure that the customer receives the package. This is a common problem with apartment buildings.

If the customer write in the notes section of the shopping cart that "NO SIGNATURE REQUIREED" we will ship it to the customer at their own risk.

Notice that when the item ships, you will receive a notifiction from FEDEX about the estimated delivery time. Keep an eye on that tracking number and delivery time.

Now I'm really screwed. They say they left it on my porch. Wife was watching for them at home all day. We have no box.
