Sadoun you need to read this and respond!
I purchased a TH1020A from you on May 29, 2004. On June 20, I requested an RMA to return this to you for a refund which I received on June 22. I shipped the unit to you on June 23 via UPS next day air and you recieved it on June 25 at 11:23am and was signed for by Watkins. I wrote you an email on July, 11 enquiring about my credit card being credited and received no response. I wrote an email again on July 18 and again no response. I received my Discover statement today and my account has yet to be credited for the TH1020A. The RMA # is 20044173. I do not care with how you are doing business. I want my credit as per your returned goods policy.
