well i am really let down with your company!i have used your forms many times and looked at your products its great.but i cant order anything.i am canadian???no visa,no mastercard,no paypal????you should really do somthing about that.i just ready to drop almost 500 smakers right in your hands!but now i will have to buy from another company.and its in the good old USA.but they accept visa and so on.so sad Sadoun :?
Thanks Radio for contacting us about this. We had a few problems with some customers from outside the USA (including CANADA) that prompted our payment policy:
Some issues:
~ Most credit cards issuing banks do not provide address verification for customers outside the USA. So, we could be at risk shipping to a customer who might not be the real card holder.
~ Some customers claimed to their credit card company that their order has not arrived even thought the fedex or post office left it at their house. With the post office you can not even get delivery confirmation to foreign address unless you ship Express Mail service.
Notes:
~ We rarely have problems with Canadian buyers who sent us Postal Money Orders (in US$). 99.9% have got their orders satisfactorely.
~ You could use a credit card to buy a money order online through hyperwallet.com or westernunion.com
~ We also accept wire transfers.
~ We will investigate new payment ways to make it convenient for you and at the same time safe for us.
I'm in a similar situation I'm from Canada and was hoping to be a dealer for you, but you don't allow Canadian dealers. I guess I could be an affiliate though.
