need to improve on your customer service
I called 2 times the 2 times they told me that I have to talk to sales but they were busy, they took my informartion and told me they were going to call us..and I am still wating 4 days now...
some of us are members to many Satellite forums... :wink:

I agree, this is ridiculous. I can't find out if my order has shipped or cancel it if it hasn't. Same day shipping is basically a lie evidently (of course I can't prove it, CAUSE NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME).
Sure you'll call me back, sure you'll e-mail me. Three days now!!
NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS !!!

I am sure they are more busy now than before, but they should definatly
take care of their customers...
I spent almost $500 on my first order, and I still need to get 2 more receivers for my other rooms, at this point if I don't get a call or email today, I will be calling my cc company, and obviously this will be my last order.

doing charge backs on credit cards is not a good idea, it can affect your credit rating, be careful. have patience

I work for a bank, and doing charge backs on a VISA credit card does not affect your credit, what are you talking about?
I have ordered merchandise, and all I want is an update of my order, a simply" yes we can deliver or no we got swamped with orders and we cannot...." if you send someone with $500 to by you something you will want to know why he is not coming back with the product right?
I'll be pacient if they at least tell me where the order is, but there site claims SAME DAY SHIPPING.
I just called right now and now they have a phone company voice mail...

If you called just now it is after 5 o'clock in Columbus. That is why you are getting voice mail.

Please send an email message to sales@sadoun.com with your shopper id (order number), and they will respond with an update. Mondays and Tuesdays are very busy days, as you know. If you haven't received a tracking number by now, it could be that the item is on backorder or your order is waiting for shipping. Anyway, an update shoud be forthcoming from sales once they get your email, if you haven't sent it already.
CC will not be charged until your order is shipped and a tracking number is issued. When you place an order, the credit card gets verified and a hold on the order amount is placed.

Back ordered
Ok, finally got through to a sales person yesterday and found out my order was on hold due to a backorder.
Canceled order and was notified by e-mail that the order had been cancelled.
To bad it took 4 days to find out, as I had arranged to do the install this weekend.
Ordered elsewhere and got it cheaper anyway. Won't be ordering from Sadoun after this treatment. A simple e-mail would have made all the difference.
Oh well, business is good.

I order complete system on the 17th and i called 3 times already about what was the status of my order since i did not receive any email after orering $848.00 in merchandise and keep getting that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for the call and is now the 23rd. The least you guys could do is call and explain what is going on. Very disappointed the way you do business. I placed another order with silver bullet and got confirmation the same day. all i have to do is send the printed receipt with a money order and my stuff will be shipped. At least they answered me right away. Don't know what is going on.

Stop insulting people too many times. This the best web site in the USA adressing free to air reception. Go and search for yourself and you not find any exstensive website that gives you step by step installation and support by pictures, calculatores and more. Peopel are just people and when there is a lot of demand, small problems happen.
I am sure Sadoun will resolve any problem with you. I have beenshopping here for years and had a small problem once that was resolved by email.
