in canada we dont have the volume you have down south and try to get something thats not on ebay and maybe it is but then you see WE DONT SHIP TO CANADA whats up wit that anyway i have been buying from ebay for last 3 years and this is what i find very irratating to us in canada want some thing cant get it if your not in the states

To answer your question, every Ebay user has the right to decide where they will ship their product. Crossing the border adds a hassle to both the buyer and the shipper, so some choose not to endure that hassle.
There are plenty of items available in or to Canada, log in from Ebay.ca and then you only see items available to Canada.
