my problem is I can`t load sat`s to my meter from laptop but I can from my desk top, can some please post the files I might need on labtop, it says 0 entriey-wright failed, running windows XP pro. thank`s in advance.

Mke sure you use the right COM port

my nine pin sereal port is comport 1, eny ideas? I was thinking I need some add-ons are some kind
