It has been more than 3 month since the last release of the data file for Sathawk 3000. Some Satellites do not work with the new version(4.2). I have sent my requests more than once but no reply. I noticed a message says: <allow up to 2 weeks for updates or pay $40 to get it faster>. I was wondering if I pay the $40, would this make the date file release sooner?. Thank you.

Ok, try downloading the datafile again and upload it to your meter. We have fixed the I5A [u] H
This one worked but with other issues.
on IA5 H, and V on both lnb's
Switch between V and H you lose signal. Unless you cover and uncover the lnb, you'll have to wait at least 15 seconds to get reading while on the right spot.
Move the dish around and go back to the sweet point, no signal until you cover and uncover the lnb or wait at least 15 seconds to get readings. It's very easy to pass the correct position with this issue here.
I went back to 4.2 and meter got readings right away. KH is not working on 4.2 though, but sure it's beter than 4.3 with the current issue. I'm not sure why the meter would act like this although the update was only on one polarity of one lnb type.
Thank you for your help.
Ok, I will take a look at it again...![]()
