USB Connection:
There is currently a firmware bug in the meter that causes the USB connection to be unreliable on some PC's when the display is active. The work around is to press the "Mode" button so that the main menu is in display. This must be done prior to plugging the meter into the PC. Then plug it to your PC using the USB cable provided.
A firmware update to resolve this is currently being tested.
