Why release a new Meter, when there's already lack of support in the original SatHawk 3000? I am having issues with mine and it's only 3 months old, is there any way I can trade mine in? Thanks.
It's now November 8th, and still no reply to the I email sent, where's the support when you need it? Should I even try another email or call the technical support number when I get the chance?
