Question SatHawk 3000-Not Locking on 110w & 119w

Howdy....I am a new DishNetwrk Tech and have just started using my SatHawk3000. I can't seem to get the SatHawk to lock on to 110w & 119w. I know I will need to calibrate but can't seem to get the lock to do so. I am testing with a DPP twin on port 1. What is the difference between DishPro1 KL & DishPro2 KR?

Check your meter HW version number (by restarting it and look at the 1st screen you get). It should be 5.1.6 to work on DPP. If the version is 5.1.5 or less, it will only work with a DP lnbf.

Also, go to www.sathawk.tv and update the datafile to the latest A4.2

As Sadoun said DPP lnb's need more power than other lnb's. If your meter is not 5.1.6 then you'll need to install a chip into the meter. Cost is $50.
L stands for left polarity and R is for right
