Cool Sat Hawk 3000 v 5.1.6. will not download data file

Hi,

I just bought the SH3000 vs 5.1.6 and I can not download the data file. I get the famous error "Send New Line (0) failed". I have read some same stories in this forum and the recommendations are:

1- Make sure you have good data cable
2- Make sure you use the latest satloader program on the website (2.1.0)
3.-Charge the batteries for 24 hrs
4.-Try the latest file A4.2

I have tried everything they said in a PC desktop with windows XP and I can not get it done.

Any help?

Make sure you have a straight serial cable and not a null modem cable.

I finally got it working. The problem is the USB to serial adapter. I had to buy a PCI serial port and now it's working. TX
